The equipment is designed as an independent testing station with an own controlled pressure source of hydraulic oil and an external supply of compressed air for auxiliary manipulation functions. As far as the design is concerned, it can be divided into three working areas.
The right and left side are used for alternating inserting and removal of bodies of electromagnets. The test process is executed in the central part.
The shifting table driven by a compressed air cylinder has 5 + 5 storage pockets that alternate between the area of the measuring station and the area of manipulation.
SW control executes testing cycles with the use of various number of testing pockets which optimizes the time of manipulation and the time of measurement. The test oil pressure is continuously adjustable from 50 to 400 bars. The individual elements are tested according to the test report and OK parts are marked with an imprinted mark. The control system also checks manipulation with non-compliant parts.
