Standard Types of Punching Units

M Series – standard and common used units for circle and shape holes in sizes from D 2 mm up to D 100 mm into metal plates with thickness of material up to 6 mm for commercial steel. Total high of the unit is 227 mm, closed building high is 213 mm, high of the die is 89 mm.

LM Series – units for punching of holes in sizes from D 2 mm up to D 38,1 mm and thickness of material up to 6 mm into the sizable parts. Length is not limited and the width is limited by the space of the press. Except of the holder all parts are compatible with M series.

 

MJ Series - standard and common used units for circle and shape holes in sizes from D 2 mm up to D 100 mm into opened profiles with thickness of material up to 6 mm for commercial steel. Total high of the unit is 227 mm, closed building high is 213 mm, high of the die is 89 mm.

EM Series – units for punching of holes in sizes from D 5 mm up to D 38,1 mm mainly into angles, U and I profiles. Except of the holder all parts are compatible with M series.

 

 

 

 

 

 

MH Series – units for punching of holes in sizes from D 5 mm up to D 100 mm into materials with thicknessup to 12 mm. Building parameters are similar to M series.

MTP Series – units for one-side or both-side punching of holes in sizes from D 2 mm up to D 15,9 mm into tubes and profiles with external diameter up to 28 mm and wall thickness 3 mm. Total high 290 mm.

 

HZM Series – units for punching of holes in sizes from D 2 mm up to D 22,2 mm in the horizontal position into profiles and ends of rotary wardrobe parts with thickness of material up to 6 mm. Punch, die, guide and springs are compatible with M series.

Mounting accessories – fixating boards in length of 700 mm, 1000 mm and 1200 mm, guides and backstops.
