Note:
Hole in the upper side is with deformation, because inside of tube is not die. Deformation depend on diameter of hole, outside diameter of tube, wall thickness and material of tube and it can be very different.
Hole in the bottom part is without deformation.
In order is necessary specify diameter of tube and hole, wall thickness and material.
